The Ecosystems and Public Engagement Unit of the Third Mission of the Sant'Anna School participated on 8 and 9 April in the "Green Agers" program - a project dedicated to the sustainability objectives of the 2030 agenda with particular reference to environmental issues.

The invitation came from the “Pirandello” Middle School of Lari and the “Cardelli” Middle School of Casciana Terme.

Cristiana Neri, Moira Nazzari, Elisabetta Puzzella participated in the day together with the volunteers of the TER.R.Æ Project Association.

During the days, girls and boys were involved in seminars on the topic of environmental sustainability and practical upcycling workshops, transforming materials no longer used into works of art or everyday objects.

Furthermore, the students participate in a contest, an extra-curricular job, where they will have to create a drawing, a video or a photo with the following theme: "How to improve the waste situation in your school and in your country". The winners will be awarded on June 1st in Casciana Terme.

On April 20th the project association TER.R.Æ. organized a plogging day in Casciana Alta to which all students were invited.
